    It appears that the Microsoft presence API is delayed in sending presence updates to Landis Contact Center.

    Microsoft has acknowledged that multiple customers have reported this issue and they are investigating.

    Microsoft is working on a fix/mitigation for this issue. No ETA provided.

    User Impact: Teams user presence may appear incorrect in Landis contact center. If Teams presence based routing is enabled on queues, call may not route to available agents.
