Landis Technologies - [Microsoft Service Issue] Attempting to Assign Microsoft Teams Resource Account to Landis Application ID Returns Error – Incident details

Both the Microsoft Teams Admin center and the Microsoft Teams Powershell Module produce errors when an attempt to change the type/Application ID of a Microsoft Teams resource account is made. Attempts in PowerShell will be met with an error about requiring specific permissions to do so, even when run as an Entra Global Administrator. We have submitted a ticket to Microsoft and are encouraging all affected parties to do the same if they encounter the issue.
