### **Workaround**

Configure the Microsoft Teams Auto Attendant to transfer calls to the **PSTN number** of the Landis Contact Center resource account instead of transferring directly to the resource account. While we are waiting on them to address the root cause, we have implemented another code change that enables calls to progress through an IVR after an audio prompt is played.
