Microsoft identified a recent change that inadvertently caused impact to auto attendant and call queues. They have deployed a fix to restore service. Additional information can be found in the admin center under TM1022107.

Users may not be able to receive calls placed through Microsoft Teams provisioned auto attendants and call queues.

- Landis Contact Center queues and IVRs continue to function normally. Calls that are first routed through a Teams auto attendant or Teams call queue before being transferred to Landis Contact Center may be affected.
